As a Student Pharmacist, I have become more associated with the core values and situations which represent professionalism. I believe professionalism is important to uphold considering the level of responsibility and communication with other health care providers and patients will be crucial as a Pharmacist. I also believe professionalism will aid in developing stronger relationships with patients and health care providers. It is also important to keep in mind that both Student Pharmacists and Pharmacists represent a model behavior to others because we are looked up to for our knowledge regarding the therapeutics and pharmacology of medicine as well as patient care. It is both very exciting and rewarding to be able to represent and be a part of such a worthy profession.
